In this blog we'll tall about how to install Ubuntu in Windows by using Virtualbox program, but before let's have a small introduction of Virtualbox .

Virtualbox is a program made by Oracle corporation, which lets you virtualize other operating system -OS- or other application in your computer.
Virtualbox is free ,open source and runs on Linux, MacOS and Windows.

We are currently installing Ubuntu 18.04 in this tutorial, You can apply the same steps to any other Linux distribution. If you prefer watching videos ,you can watch the video detailed below.


Alright, let's begin.
Open your browser, in search box type "virtualbox" then download it,be careful you must choose one version agrees with your current operating system,or you can download it here if you use Windows.

Well ,go back to your browser, in search box type"Ubuntu download" its official website page will appear. Clock on download button.

After downloading virtualbox, open it to create a virtual machine.

Ferst step is to select :
   A name  for the virtual machine this name is as an identifier to it.
   A distinction folder is a folder where it will be installed.

After the ferst step;select the amount memory (RAM),which will be used by the virtual machine.

Now, check create a virtual hard disc to make a special separate space in the physical hard disc.

When this window appears, click "Storage" to load Ubuntu from your computer , then. "start" that is existed in top .

In tho window you'll choose a languages for Ubuntu. You can also try Ubuntu.

Check either normal or minimal installation. With normal installation you would download and install software more than minimal.

Check "something else" to make a new partition.

Then press continue to start installing.

After it complete restart your computer and enter your password.

Congratulations, Ubuntu is running.
